These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myfonix.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to the marketing website only; use of any authenticated Fonix application is governed by a separate agreement with the relevant customer.

Informational purpose

The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe Fonix, its capabilities, and how to request a demonstration or a commercial proposal. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, and product capabilities described here may vary by implementation and are subject to change.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
