What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They can be used for purposes such as remembering your preferences, keeping a website secure, or understanding how a site is used.
Cookies we currently use
At this time, the Site uses only essential cookies required for the website to function correctly, such as cookies that support basic security and site behavior. With your consent we also use Google Analytics cookies and the Meta Pixel (described below).
The Site also keeps one short, non-cookie note in your browser's session storage: the first page of your visit, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived from, and the referring website. It stays in the current tab only, is cleared when you close the tab, and is sent to us only if you submit the demo request form. See our Privacy Policy.
Analytics cookies
Only if you click Accept in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics (cookies named _ga and _ga_*, kept up to 2 years). It measures pages viewed, device type and approximate location in aggregate so we can improve the Site; Google may process this data outside the UAE. Nothing is set before you choose. Your choice itself is stored in an essential cookie, fx_consent, for 6 months, and you can change it at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page — rejecting deletes the analytics cookies.
Marketing cookies
Only if you click Accept do we also load the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram; cookies _fbp and _fbc, kept up to 3 months). It measures which of our ads lead to demo requests and lets us show ads to people who visited the Site. Meta processes this data under its own policies and may do so outside the UAE. Rejecting in the banner, or later in “Cookie settings”, keeps it off and deletes these cookies.
How to control cookies
Most browsers let you control or disable cookies through their settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect basic site functionality; analytics cookies can be refused in the cookie banner without any loss of function.
